Prior to joining JKA, Ben honed his architectural skills on a broad range of projects for the likes of Sam Marshall, Bruce Rickard and the Sydney Olympic Park Authority. His combined academic and professional experience in these areas lends JKA an extra green note. Ben is a tutor in environmentally sustainable design at UTS.
Ben has a passion for nature-inspired building design. He seeks to manifest his inspiration into buildings that have a high quality finish and detail as well as being environmentally responsible. He brings a hands-on approach to every project he undertakes and enjoys an enthusiasm for his work from design conception right through to completion. Outside of the office, Ben enjoys salvaging and restoring old furniture and bicycles.
